Hello all and welcome to Culinary Science!! I hope you all are as excited about cooking as I am. I decided to start this wiki for the class because I felt we needed an outlet for the class. I will be updating the site as often as I can. I will provide you with a weekly schedule, and information that everyone needs to know will be on here as well. I will try my best to seperate the 2 classes. By using this website it forces you as the students to take some responsibility in your education in my classroom. If you are absent you will know what you missed and I fully expect you to come to me and schedule any make up work that you need to make up. Also I will be posting homework assignments (the few that we have) on here as well, so you will always know what is due. Please feel free to contact me at any time with any comments, concerns and questions. This site will also be available to all of your parents to use as well, so they know whats going on in the classroom.
